I received good advice, friendly service and the right product for what i needed - at a good price. Unfortunately, when I got home and the product failed, I had to take it back - but the store replaced it for me without any real fuss. So good. Thank you.
Great staff great store great priducts and always clean
Attended the store from Bundaberg (7hrs away) as had a flat battery in Mackay. It was late on a Sunday at 4 45pm closing time 5pm (they want to get home, fair enough). Brought a brand new battery and hoped they would offer to swap out or have a spanner to borrow as we didn't have any and live 7 hrs away. They were no help but happy to charge $355 for a new battery that is useless unless we can find a spanner in another store as they closed the minute I left the store. Scary lack of service !
Good shop and great helpful staff who actually seem to enjoy their work
Made excuses to not install a battery and refused to jump start if i needed one on their premises. Took my business elsewhere and got looked after properly. Wouldn't recommend supercheap mackay
